Is Kirsten Lucia Design available Australia wide?
All of my services are available Australia wide. For clients not able to attend face to face consultations, I will arrange phone and video meetings. Larger items (such as signage) will only be available in digital format for the client to have printed locally for clients based outside of my local area.

Does Kirsten Lucia Design ship internationally?
Due to inconsistencies with suppliers and postage during the new covid climate, I have made the decision to retract my service to Australia only. I pride myself on quality, for both product and service. So while I cannot guarantee postal timelines for international orders I will not be taking on any projects outside of Australia. My sincere apologies.

What is Kirsten Lucia Design’s product turnaround time?
To design an invitation suite please allow approximately 1-2 weeks. Print times vary depending on the style of printing you require. As a rough guide please allow additional time for the following printing processes below:
Foil & emboss print ~ 4 weeks
Letterpress print ~ 2 weeks
Digital print ~ 1 week
Please also allow time for postage if you are interstate / international.

Does Kirsten Lucia Design supply a print sample before printing the whole order?
You will be sent a digital mock-up of your order via email. Once the final design is client approved we will send it off to be printed. Unfortunately I am unable to print off a single copy of the final design beforehand.
It is the client’s responsibility to proof read and approve the artwork before it is sent to print. Once the artwork has been approved, no further changes can be made. No refunds / reprints will be given due to an oversight in proof reading.
